Method
There are five steps in creating a Decision matrix:

Identify the items to be prioritized and establish criteria to measure them by

List items to be prioritized on a vertical axis

List criteria on a horizontal axis

Measure each item against each criterion

Add scores in each row and enter the totals in the far column of the matrix
