Through the practice of a virtual office case, the purpose of this interactive workshop is to understand the 5S concept and its benefits, as well as to acquire the 5S fundamentals to inspire you and (even better) start applying them in your own physical or virtual environment.

This workshop lasts approximately 1.5 hours. An online collaboration platform will be used to recreate a virtual office environment.

Our goal is to facilitate a quality workshop in terms of active participation, as well as dedicate our full attention to each of the participants. This is the reason why we limit to 6 the number of participants.
