Resilience
What is resilience?
Competitive job market, workplace conflicts, changes, challenges on the job, a workplace becoming increasingly virtual for many, the uncertainty of the future, etc.: the list of challenging things to cope with go on and on, and it can all lead to negative stress and burnout.
Facing adversity and navigate through these challenges is where resilience can help you emerge stronger than before.
Resilience is not a trait that people either have or do not have. It involves behaviours, thoughts, and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone.
Building your best resilience self
After you understand what resilience is about and what basic tools can help you get started in your journey to resilience, you may take a deeper dive to understand what lies below the surface of your “BEING”.
Diving into your core values and beliefs, self-confidence and competence, and energy (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) will provide you with strength to deal with stressful life events.
Leading teams today
One component of resilience is the ability to adapt to change. Team dynamics change. Team members and leaders change. Your organization itself is changing. How can you get prepared with strategies, approaches and tools to improve your ability to anticipate and adapt to these inevitable changes?
Resilience Workshops
People differ in the way in which they deal with challenging life events. While some people give up and succumb to their despair, others persist and face life’s biggest challenges with hope and resilience.
Being resilient is an important building block of individual, team and organizational health and well-being, and as such, we developed 3 workshops to help people build their resilience in the face of the world that we are living it today.
We co-created our workshops with the objective of helping people look into the process of deriving growth from adversity. This directly translates into our offering of practical tools and techniques applicable from day 1.
Of course we want our workshops to make a difference in today's learning competitive environment, but more than anything, we want our participants to have a meaningful and outstanding experience, and leave our workshops with the satisfaction that it will have been worthwhile the investment.
In order for us to achieve that, we designed our workshops to be specifically :
-
Interactive and designed to be as practical as possible "learning by doing": The interaction with the participants represents 60 to 80% of the workshop overall design.
-
Purposely created for a virtual environment.
-
Using different online collaborative platforms depending on the content and the interaction level from the participants
-
Available in English, Spanish, French and Italian
-
Maximizing the full span of attention with a 2 to 2h30 duration
-
Science-based tools and methodologies, but also unique role plays created from our own experience.
