Choosing the Right Decision-Making

There are three key responsibilities  that a meeting leader should be aware of to facilitate good decision-making in a meeting.

  1. The first is to encourage full participation.

  2. The second is to document and display accomplishments as the meeting progresses.

  3. And the third is to implement the right decision-making approach.

Choosing the Right Decision-Making

Four styles can be used to implement the right decision-making approach:
1. Expert Style
2. Consultative Style

3. Majority Style

4. Consensus Style
